The Last Part of "Ego is The Enemy"

Hai everyone, I come here again😊
Welcome to my blog hehe.. 😁

This time, I will tell you about a book which I already review before. It is the last part of ā€œEgo is The Enemyā€.  After I review part 1 and part 2, now I will review about Part 3 : Failure and this part have seven topics. Check it out !

PART 2 FAILURE

No one is permanently successful, and not everyone finds success on the fiest attempt. We don’t need pity our own or anyone else’s. we need purpose, poise, and patience. According to Robert Greene, influential mentor to Ryan; there are two types of time. Dead  time is when you are passive, biding time and Alive time is moments of action, learning, evolving, growing.
In this part Ryan said that you need to keep your own scorecard. That is important for the journey of being better, less selfish, more rounded person. Ryan also said that pursuing love leaves us open to positivity and productivity.

ā€œpush through failure with strength, not ego.ā€

So far, we saw how much the ego influences your actions and hurts our progress. Unfortunately, failure happens to everyone, regardless of our ego. It’s an inevitable aspect of our lives, therefore we must know how to deal with it. Failure is already hard to deal with by itself but our ego will hyperbolize the situation, making it even harder to bounce back from it. The following advice will make you understand how important it is to maintain your sobriety during turmoil, guaranteeing a safe and quick recovery to aspiration and success.
Keep the fire going, the ego assumes defeat easily. In failure, quitting and becoming stale is an attractive option. So that, we must keep active, keep learning and improving and never give up.
Your work is enough, sometimes we work and work and seem to get nowhere. The ego likes to be acknowledged but bad news: life is not fair. Therefore we must internalize that doing the work is enough. No need for public recognition. It will eventually come by itself.
Draw the line, in failure,  we tend to forget to act according to our principles. As a result, we might extend pass out internal limits and act impulsively. Fall back to your principles when things go wrong.
Follow your own standards, don’t hold yourself to other people’s expectation and standards. That mindset will not allow you to grow and improve. Create your own version of success and hold yourself  against  that.
Always love, sentiments of hatred and revenge can dominate your internal conversation. Don’t get sucked into it. It’s just not practical. Practice love towards others who don’t deserve it and specially with yourself. Do not indulge in gossip, it will only set you back even more. Focus on productive ways to move forwards.
Therefore, we must be sure what we will take in the future, never stop to learning.  You don’t focus only one passion, you can more than one. You must remember that your ego  is your enemy and purpose, poise, and patience are the key to helping you get through a failure.

Thanks for reading my blog, I hope you will interest to read the book as a whole.
