Hai everyone, at this
time I will recommended you about motivational book 😊
There
are some of book which can motivate yourself in your life. One of them is “Ego is The Enemy”
by Ryan Holiday. This is the first
time I read this book. This book is good, interesting, and motivate. This book
also is one of popular book. This book realised in 2016. It has 256 pages. This
book has three part and every part has some of chapters. These part are Aspire, Success, and Failure.
In
introduction, this book said that the ego we see most commonly goes by a more
casual definion : an unhealty belief in
our own importance, arrogance, self-centered ambition, that’s the definition
this book will use. Wherever you are, whatever you are doing , your worst enemy
already lives inside you, it’s your ego. Most of us aren’t ‘egomaniacs’, but
ego is there at the root of almost every conceivable problem and obtacle, from
why we can’t win to why we need to win all the time and at the expense of
others. Also, ego is the enemy every step along this way. In a sense, ego is
the enemy of building, maintaning, and recovering.
Therefore,
the three parts that this book is organized into aspire, success and failure.
That as I already said in the first. Three parts of this book is characterize
the three possible phases of our lives where the ego can spiral out of control
and nudge us out of our path. The aim of that is to help or manage us humble in
our aspiration, gracious in our success and resilient in our failures. For each
of these parts, Ryan Holiday extracts valuable lessons that we can apply when
we find ourselves in these phases of our lives. He covers how to think about
goals, the right approach to relationships with others and ourselves, how to
stay humble, how to deal with failure and more.
So, don’t forget to
read this book. Because there are many good stuff in this book that you can
learn something, take with you, and apply to your own life.
SEE YOU 👋❤…
